I recently became aware of a motorcycle rental business with an AirBnB type model.  Motorcycle owners can put their bike up for rental, set the price and terms, and maybe make some income off their bike.  Travellers can rent the bike of their choice for a day or a week.  It makes for some interesting options for those that can afford it.  The insurance situation sounds a bit iffy, but better to have the option than not.

I started reading the insurance info. There is a damage waiver that can be purchased from the company, but it’s not required. Sounds like owners and renters need to figure it out themselves.
