It looks like Aerstich doesn't sell it anymore, but instead of bringing the espresso maker, I brough a nagalene bottle and a coffee press that fits inside it. It's a nice compact contraption and we were very surprised how good the coffee was.
I only had a camp mug with me to heat water so I had to fill the bottle/coffee press in two steps, heating first one mug full of water then another.
I had Starbucks Pikes Place ground for a press. It really was surprising how well the coffee turned out.
