This is my primary bike that I bought new in 1992 from Bob's BMW. I have ridden it across the continental United States multiple times and up North as far as Deadhorse, Alaska. As of this writing, however, I only have 116,000 miles on it.

I decided on a dual sport because I reasoned I'd still have it by the time I was 16 and would then be able to ride it legally on pavement. As things would turn out, after I got my license this bike was my only transportation for some months.
